NPC Director General Dr. Thomas Munthali and Malawi School of Government (MSG) boss Dr. Asiyati Chiweza alongside their teams had a meeting at NPC offices where they, among other things, discussed how their two institutions can work together in enhancing Human Capital Development – which is one of the enablers outlined in the Malawi 2063 nation vision.
MSG is a MIP-1 prioritized Malawi Government public sector reform intervention designed to enhance performance and promote professionalism and ethical leadership in public service.
Its main mandate is to develop and deliver human resource development programmes and build capacity of the public and private sectors through provision of training, research, consultancy, and advisory services to improve service delivery.
