NPC Commissioner Mercy Masoo, on 10th November, led a team of NPC officials to a meeting with newly appointed Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Honourable Dr. Ben Phiri MP, to appraise him on the role of the ministry in the realisation of the Malawi 2063 national vision. Among other things, the NPC team, which also included Director General Fredrick Changaya, discussed with the minister on the implementation of the Malawi Secondary Cities Plan and District Development Plans, which are key operationalisation strategies of the national vision.
